More than half the motorists exceeded the 30 mph limit of the road.

The highest speed noted was 62 mph at 3pm.

There were 8 vehicles travelling between 50 and 55 mph, with 5 of these at 5pm.

The Parish Council is concerned about the speeding issue in the village. The Parish Council will continue to monitor the speed of vehicles and will discuss what action can be taken to deter drivers from breaking the speed limit on roads in Tankersley.
