Matthew Jarvis

Matthew Jarvis became a Parish Councillor in October 2021. 

Matthew joined the Parish Council because to quote Matthew:

“I wanted to make a difference in my local community and feel that we all can play a part in improving our area and its environment for the benefit of all residents. I also believe it is important that residents feel they can come to me with their concerns about life in the Parish. Tankersley is a fantastic place and I believe that my role as a Councillor is to be a voice for my fellow residents and believe that residents should be an active part of their community; both contributing to and benefitting from this involvement.”
Matthew has over 16 years experience in Health, Safety and Environmental Management with his main areas of interest being planning and the environment.
